WRONG ITEM SHIPPED
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. At that time, a representative of Windy City Gold Popcorn will issue an RMA and ask that you send the incorrect product to our processing center:

Please note: If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please do not open the product packaging of the incorrect item as we cannot process any return/exchange for opened items even if it is an incorrect item. Any claims after the 48 hour time-frame shall not be honored. Replacement packages are shipped using the same shipping method as the original method selected. All expedited shipping option costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We 100% guarantee your product will ship fresh. Windy City Gold produces and ships fresh product with an extended shelf life in its original package. Every package we produce has a best-by-date that will indicate when you should consume by.
Once your popcorn bag has been opened, the products' best-by-date no longer is valid. We offer the following recommendations for keeping your popcorn fresh.
- Do not open packages until you are ready to consume.
- Once opened, repack into an air-tight container.
- Do not store in adverse weather conditions or direct sunlight. Product is best stored at room temperature of 70 degrees and low humidity.
Your order will contain all in-stock items that were purchased. You may receive multiple packages for one order depending on the size of your order. Please report shortages upon receipt of the delivered package. Items that are temporarily out of stock can back-ordered and will ship as it becomes available. If there are any missing items from your order, you will need to contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package at (708) 371-6144.
Please note: When you receive your package(s), check to ensure all products that you have purchased have been shipped. If you are missing an item, you must notify Windy City Gold Popcorn within 48 hours of receiving the package. Any claims after the 48 hour time-frame may not be processed. REFUSED DELIVERY PACKAGE
Any packages refused by the customer are deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to the sender at the shipper's expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused delivery by FedEx or any other shipping carriers. For more information, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery policies.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if a product arrives damaged due to heat regardless of shipping method selected.
